The Commissioner of the Office is a voting member of all boards and commissions under the Department's jurisdiction, except the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers and the Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its navigable tributaries. Upon approval by the Commission, the thirty transactions may include real estate services performed for a licensed employer during the 5 years immediately preceding the request. D) During his service on the Commission, no member shall be president, president-elect, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, director or other elected official of a professional association of real estate service providers. Prior to making the request, that person will retake and pass the applicable Real Estate Course for Sellers or Brokers and will retake and pass the appropriate Seller or Broker Commission examination.
